A history of challenges

With help from the national government Embraer was founded in 1969, and immediately began revolutionizing Brazilian technology. Embraer history began with the Bandeirante, a turboprop plane designed for both civilian and military purposes with the capacity to transport between 15 and 21 passengers. From this beginning, other projects were dreamed up and developed. Nearly 50 years have passed and Embraer continue to show that they are always ready to tackle new challenges and deliver aircraft with the same energy they had in the beginning.
